What to do if there's a problem with your order

Customer Returns

Any issue of credit will be governed in accordance with our returns policy. The laws of Queensland govern these purchases and terms.

The return of goods/credit of goods will not be accepted without prior authorisation from Everyday Gourmet, by contacting the Customer Service Team, within 24 hours after delivery of goods. It is to be noted the goods must be returned in the original packaging and at the correct storage temperature. Return of goods received after the 24-hour period cannot be accepted.

Short Supply

Everyday Gourmet will issue a credit for any orders that are short supplied (where a product has been invoiced but was missing from your delivery), provided you have notified our Everyday Gourmet Customer Service Team within 24 hours of your delivery.

Damaged Products

Everyday Gourmet will issue a credit for any products that have been delivered damaged, provided you have contacted our Customer Service Team within 24 hours of your delivery.

Incorrect Pricing

For incorrect pricing claims, please contact our Customer Service Team within 24 hours of delivery. 

All credit claims received within the 24-hour time period are subject to investigation, and may be not considered due to food safety and food handling policies.
